We specialise in a range of events, including weddings, luxury picnics, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, and intimate gatherings. Our services are fully customisable, allowing us to tailor each setup to your specific vision and occasion.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the event size and booking date. Generally, we offer a full refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days may incur a fee to cover preparation costs. Contact us for more specific information based on your booking.

What areas do you service?

Wood Sea Stars is based in Apollo Bay, and we proudly service the surrounding Otway region, including picturesque locations such as Forrest, Johanna, and Lavers Hill. We also cater to events along the iconic Great Ocean Road, including Wye River and Lorne. For larger events, we’re more than happy to travel further—just reach out, and we’ll work with you to make it happen!

What happens if the weather turns bad?

Since good weather isn’t always guaranteed, we highly recommend having a backup location ready, such as an indoor or sheltered venue protected from wind and rain. This will allow us to continue the event as scheduled, ensuring your day is still perfect. Please note, we only set up if our items are safeguarded from the elements. As such, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to wet weather, so having a backup plan is essential for peace of mind!
